The Opportunity
As Plumbing Manager of our Greenville office, you will own the day-to-day operations of our plumbing division. You are the person who sets the tone, holds the standard, and drives the results. You will report directly to company leadership and have a real seat at the table when it comes to decisions that shape the direction of this company.
What You’ll Own
People & Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential plumbing service technicians
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance conversations, and technician reviews
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in the work
Operations & Scheduling
- Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch in coordination with the operations team
- Ensure technicians are equipped, prepared, and on time for every job
- Monitor job completion, callback rates, and quality of work across the division
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure every issue is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
Revenue & Profitability
- Own the plumbing division’s revenue targets and key performance metrics
- Monitor average ticket, close rate, and technician productivity on a weekly basis
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through service quality, training, and team development

Required:
- Proven experience managing or supervising a team in a residential service environment
- Strong background in residential plumbing — you understand the work your technicians do
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage KPIs, and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication skills with both your team and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred (not required):
- Active SC Plumbing License or equivalent
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
- Background in residential home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
- Experience managing in a flat-rate or performance-based pay environment
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
