About the Role:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Apprentices. This is an entry-level position designed for those who are eager to learn and grow within the HVAC field. You will be attending our HVAC Academy for 10 weeks with our HVAC Director of Training. The Academy start date is October 5th with a graduation date of December 18th. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a skilled HVAC technician.

Requirements:

• Willingness to Learn: No prior HVAC experience is necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the trade is essential.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from office.
• High School Diploma or GED
