• Provide direct patient care in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and interpret telemetry data to identify changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures following hospital protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management, post-discharge care, and medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
