- Provide professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and develop care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately
- Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals
- Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years)
- Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification (BLS)
- Critical thinking and team collaboration skills
- Shift work includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays with call responsibilities
