- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families in care planning.
- Coordinate safe and effective care through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and collaboration.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including patient safety goals.
- Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and care continuity across the care continuum.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
