Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg / Telemetry unit, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing clinical interventions.
- Coordinate patient care using a multidisciplinary approach and develop adaptable care plans.
- Perform nursing procedures, document care accurately, and ensure patient safety.
- Supervise staff delegation and support clinical team competency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies.
- Administer medications timely and safely, and respond to emergency situations following hospital protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state; BLS certification required at hire, with ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPI as applicable within specified timeframes.
- Preferred recent acute care experience.
- Strong communication, clinical, and emergency response skills.
