Registered Nurse - Resident, December 2026, Medical Telemetry

Role Overview: This position is designed for newly graduated nurses with less than one year of experience, aiming to develop clinical skills through a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend all curriculum and professional development classes, participate in workshops, and complete clinical competencies.
• Assist in managing patient care under the supervision of a licensed RN, including collecting data, developing care plans, and documenting care activities.
• Perform treatments, procedures, and discharge teaching, ensuring adherence to practice standards and policies.
• Delegate tasks appropriately, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and respond to unit needs, including staffing adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, policies, infection control, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience required; candidates with over 12 months of experience are ineligible.
• Current RN license or provisional license with NCLEX testing in process.
