- Providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring progress toward goals
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and coordinate therapy plans and discharge strategies
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs as appropriate
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts
