- Assist in patient assessments and contribute to developing care plans under RN guidance.
- Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with registered nurses.
- Provide direct patient care and support nursing staff as directed.
- Participate in activities to improve healthcare delivery and clinical leadership.
- Engage in ongoing educational activities and complete assigned goals.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; up to 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
- Minimum computer literacy required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to learning.
