We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established team in a vibrant Wisconsin town.

- Providing comprehensive primary care with optional inpatient and procedural duties
- Participating in a call rotation of 1:10 with the primary care group
- Working within a strong organizational infrastructure supported by nursing staff
- Offering flexible schedules, including four- or five-day workweeks, with clinic hours from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Current US medical license and work visa if applicable
- Ability to work both full-time and part-time
- Option for inpatient and procedural work
- Support from specialized recruiters who assist with salary negotiations, licensing, and interview coordination
