- Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing anesthesia care plans
- Monitoring patients’ vital signs throughout procedures and adjusting anesthesia as needed
- Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Documenting anesthesia care and post-operative recovery notes
- Current Wisconsin CRNA license
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and safety protocols
