Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Clinical Trial Manager responsible for supporting the planning, setup, and execution of global clinical trials in accordance with quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate trial activities, ensuring proper documentation, inspection readiness, and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with CROs and internal teams for site feasibility, selection, activation, and ongoing management.
• Oversee service providers, tracking deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage protocol deviations and trial issues, and support data review and performance tracking.
• Build strong relationships within a global, matrixed team environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years in clinical trial management within the biotech or pharma industry.
• Solid knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and clinical development processes.
• Experience managing global, multi-center trials in complex organizational settings.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in oncology or specific therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
