This role combines operational coordination with strategic oversight, ensuring high-quality installations, superior customer experiences, and strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners.FLSA Status: Salaried, ExemptRequirements:Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures a quality installation that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.Develops and manages relationships with store personnel, installation customers, and external partner representatives, and acts as a management point of contactSchedules and confirms measure and installation appointments with customers and subcontractors.Reviews installation contracts for accuracy, verifies technical information, and identifies and resolves labor and product issues before scheduled installations.Tracks installation with in-progress calls and promptly resolves installation issues with installers and external partners.Ensures proper documentation, including signed Certificates of Completion (COC).Meets and exceeds financial and productivity goals.Analyzes job profit margins and makes financial decisions regarding installer compensation and material purchases.Manages subcontractor performance, negotiates pricing, and authorizes payments to subcontractors.Recruits, onboards, and coaches subcontractors based on performance and customer feedback.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of related experience in customer service and installation management.Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work.Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations.Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing software.Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English.Vision – Ability to view documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten documents.
Salary : $113,520 - $141,470
