Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
$7,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Eligible External Applicants

What You’ll Do
As a School‑Based Therapist, you’ll provide counseling and support services on‑site at schools during school hours, helping students succeed both emotionally and academically.
Your role will include:
Providing individual and family counseling tailored to each student’s needs
Managing a caseload that aligns with clinical and supervisory guidelines
Supporting students through prevention, intervention, and crisis response
Collaborating with school staff, families, and community resources
Developing and managing treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team
Conducting assessments and delivering evidence‑based interventions
Serving as a liaison to help ensure coordinated care for students and families
What We’re Looking For
Required Licensure (or in progress):
PLPC
LPC
LMSW
LCSW
Preferred Family Healthcare provides no‑cost supervision for PLPCs and LMSWs, with a built‑in salary increase once full licensure is achieved.
Additional Requirements:
Experience with individual, family, or group therapy preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
