Your role at PFH:
As an Safety Manager, you are responsible for the continued investigation and implementation of safety measures throughout the organization, and also for the managing of, and the day-to-day operation of the Hospitality Specialist TEAM. You will:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s safety function and
performance. - Lead, direct, oversee and manage Hospitality Specialist.
- Organize, outline, and implement safety training programs regarding employee safety
procedures, accident protection and prevention. - Create employee awareness, develop and distribute educational materials about continued
employee health and safety. - Gather, organize, and summarize safety concerns provided by staff in order to provide a healthy
and safe environment. - Investigate potential hazards, complaint by clients or staff, causes of accidents or dangerous
occurrences and provide recommended corrections in order to ensure regulations are being
followed. - Coordinate and lead safety meetings, ensure safety concerns are discussed and addressed, and
maintain record of all safety meetings. - Coordinate site Safety Officers & serve as chair of the Safety Committee.
- Represent the organization on health and safety matters with outside health and safety
inspectors, and other surveyors. - Provide necessary assistance to staff and clients, improve safety and well-being while
encouraging a positive atmosphere to all Burrell staff, clients and visitors. - Perform other duties as may be assigned.

- Must possess at least high school diploma or GED
- 8 years applicable experience
- Customer service experience
