Oilfield Facility Construction

Preferred Energy Ltd. is expanding and is looking for experienced Project Supervisors to lead oilfield facility construction projects throughout the Bakken region.
If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong construction background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to keep projects on schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations on oilfield facility construction projects.
- Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and isometric plans.
- Perform accurate field measurements and layout.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
- Complete daily reports, production tracking, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Pipe fitting and accurate field measuring experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience supervising industrial or oilfield construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of facility construction, structural steel, piping, and mechanical installations.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
