What You'll Be Doing
- On-the-Job Training: Breaking down tasks so they are easy to learn and helping clients master their new roles.
- Lead by Example: Sometimes you'll work side-by-side with a client to model a great work ethic and set the pace.
- Employer Partnership: Building great relationships with local businesses to ensure a supportive environment for the people we serve.
- Independence Coaching: Beyond the job site, you'll help with "life skills" like social recreation and personal care to ensure total success.
- Financial Growth: We offer quarterly bonuses, an IRA with employer contributions, and paid mileage.
- Variety: No two days are the same. You'll be in different locations, meeting new people, and solving new challenges.

- The Experience: You have a background working with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health needs, or TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury).

- The Essentials: High school diploma, valid Michigan Driver's License, reliable transportation/insurance, and a clear criminal record.
- The Mindset: You are patient, creative, and ready to advocate for empowerment every single day.
