Role Description
The HVAC Sales Representative is a full-time sales role based in Carrollton, TX, with expectation Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales of portable heating and cooling equipment rental services in the Dallas Market. The account manager will identify customer needs, provide customized solutions, negotiate contracts, follow up on leads, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, regular communication with clients, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and act on customer needs
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or experience in related industries such as portable heating and cooling solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in a sales-driven environment is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
