- Plan, organize, and implement a monthly activities calendar that offers a variety of engaging programs tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Facilitate daily group and individual activities, including recreational, educational, social, and wellness-based programs
- Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings
- Encourage and promote resident participation and engagement in all programs
