What You’ll Bring:

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Long-Term Care experience (preferred, but not required)
• Compassion, teamwork, and a passion for patient care

What You’ll Do:

As an LPN, you’ll be at the heart of resident care by:

• Welcoming and admitting new residents
• Assisting physicians during rounds
• Delegating and guiding nursing assistants
• Monitoring and supervising resident care
• Conducting ongoing physical and mental health assessments
• Educating residents and families on care plans and treatments
