Preferred Care at Wall is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to support hiring and staffing operations in our nursing home. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating staff to ensure quality resident care.
Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (CNAs, LPNs, RNs, dietary, housekeeping, and administrative staff)
- Screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with NJ and federal regulations
- Partnering with department heads to meet staffing needs
- Utilizing Recruitment platforms
- Ensure the nursing department is adequately staffed each day with the required number of licensed personnel to remain compliant with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Long-term care or nursing home experience strongly desired
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare compliance
