What You’ll Bring:
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Long-Term Care experience (preferred, but not required)

What You’ll Do:
As an LPN, you’ll be at the heart of resident care by:
- Welcoming and admitting new residents
- Assisting physicians during rounds
- Delegating and guiding nursing assistants
- Monitoring and supervising resident care
- Conducting ongoing physical and mental health assessments
- Educating residents and families on care plans and treatments
