Role Description The Graphic Designer & Digital Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN. This role is responsible for designing visual assets that support brand awareness and communication, including social media graphics, print materials, web visuals, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand-consistent layouts, creating logos and icons, selecting and applying typography, and preparing files for both digital and print use. The Graphic Designer & Digital Creator will collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to translate messaging into clear visual stories, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute creative concepts for campaigns and franchise support materials. The role also involves managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all content aligns with the company’s mission of honoring seniors and their families.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for both digital and print applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and basic knowledge of digital content formats.
- Experience creating visual content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns, preferably in service-oriented or healthcare-related industries.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and align designs with brand and messaging goals.
