- Experience in providing personal care and daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Skills in light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Strong emotional and social companionship abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
