We are seeking a knowledgeable Communications & Network Support Specialist to join our team in the US. Based in our local office, this role is vital in maintaining and supporting our clients' network infrastructure and communication systems, ensuring seamless operations aligned with our commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Ricoh Device Coordination & Network Connectivity
- Coordinate the setup and deployment of Ricoh multifunction printers (MFPs) with client networks.
- Partner with client IT teams to ensure proper network configuration, security compliance, and device communication.
- Troubleshoot printing, scanning, and network connectivity issues.
Software Installation & Client Support
- Install, configure, and support all client-facing software solutions.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for print, scan, and workflow applications.
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently to minimize client downtime.
EKM Predictive Insight (DCA) & Toner Replenishment
- Implement and manage the EKM Predictive Insight Data Collection Agent (DCA).
- Monitor device health, meter reads, and toner levels to ensure accurate and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve DCA connectivity or reporting issues.
Preferred Talk VoIP Solutions
- Support Preferred Talk VoIP services, including client setup, onboarding, and ongoing account support.
- Assist with VoIP migrations, configuration changes, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for VoIP-related issues.
Sales & Client Support
- Assist the sales team with quotes and proposals for print, software, and VoIP solutions.
- Support client onboarding by ensuring all systems are properly configured and operational.
- Act as a liaison between sales, service, and clients to ensure smooth implementations and positive customer experiences.
Pay: $48, $50,000.00 per year
