Loan Assistant

The Loan Assistant is responsible for supporting the lending department in the day-to-day duties by performing a variety of centralized services pertaining to the boarding and servicing of commercial loans. 

• Assists the team in preparing and/or reviews loan documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Follows up on insurance and other open documentation issues
• Processing paid loans and preparing demands
• Preparing internal loan file memorandums
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bank operations, lending, or loan operations preferred.
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Proven customer support experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
