Job Summary
The Automotive Service Porter plays a key role in supporting our service department by moving, cleaning, and organizing vehicles while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup
Safely move vehicles to and from service areas, parking lots, and delivery zones
Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop, and parking lots
Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed
Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service
Assist technicians and service advisors as requested
Deliver parts or vehicles when needed
Follow all safety policies and dealership procedures
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions
Previous experience in automotive or customer service is a plus
