Job Summary

The Automotive Service Porter plays a key role in supporting our service department by moving, cleaning, and organizing vehicles while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup

• Safely move vehicles to and from service areas, parking lots, and delivery zones

• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop, and parking lots

• Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed

• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service

• Assist technicians and service advisors as requested

• Deliver parts or vehicles when needed

• Follow all safety policies and dealership procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service is a plus
