CONSISTENT WORKFLOW — NO SHORTAGE OF HOURS

Our operation is fed by four dealership locations, meaning there is always a steady stream of vehicles coming through the shop.

MONDAY–FRIDAY SCHEDULE

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Consistent hours
• Better work/life balance

RELAXED WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are building a recon-focused operation where the goal is simple:

• Fix vehicles correctly the first time
• Maintain strong technician efficiency
• Keep inventory moving

This is a production environment without the chaos of retail service.

IMPORTANT: MICHIGAN STATE CERTIFICATION NOT REQUIRED

You do NOT need to be Michigan State Certified to work in used vehicle reconditioning.
