About the Role:

The Sales Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across diverse industries. This position requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions that align with their business objectives. The advisor will serve as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to post-sale support. Success in this role is measured by the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while fostering long-term client loyalty. Ultimately, the Sales Client Advisor contributes to the company’s market presence and reputation by delivering exceptional service and value to each client.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or client advisory roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret sales metrics and client data.
  • Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products or services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client requirements and enhance satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Provide post-sale support to address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
