Preferred Automotive is growing in West Michigan! We’re currently seeking a Parts Department Counterperson to join our award-winning team at Preferred Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Grand Haven.

🔧 Responsibilities:
Assist technicians and retail customers in identifying and sourcing parts efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and wholesale accounts
Support internal repair order parts requests quickly and accurately
Help maintain a clean and organized parts department
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
💪 Qualifications:
Previous automotive parts experience (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Dealertrack or similar DMS software (preferred)
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
