What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
- Write repair orders and communicate service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Help support and mentor other advisors when needed
- Ensure every customer has a smooth and professional experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a busy service drive
- Professional, positive attitude
- Ford experience is helpful but not required
