Our ideal candidate will be extremely self motivated and capable of handling tree removal and pruning operations in a professional manner. Confident in their abilities yet humble enough to lead effectively and continue to learn. Some of the skill requirements are listed below.
Client care and communication.
Climbing trees to remove both by rigging and with crane assist.
Leading crew safely throughout daily jobs.
Conducting safety meetings.
Non-invasive climbing to prune trees.
Must be able to prune to ANSI standards.
Must be familiar with ANSI safety standards.
Class A or B CDL.
$30.00 / hr. with benefits. Salary based on experience and Skill set.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Experience:
- Climbing: 2 years (Required)
- Tree crew leader: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Arborist license (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Required)
