Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Create and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to staff members.
- Monitor performance of staff members and provide feedback on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our Acquisition Agents focus on using their experience and passion for real estate combined with our vast resources including purchasing power, leads, established wholesale relationships, a track record of success and proprietary software to acquire off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory.
