What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Federal Growth & Capture position at PREDICTION?
PREDICTION is building an Agentic OS for government agencies, helping teams safely deploy AI agents inside real mission workflows, approvals, policies, and operational data.
We are already in motion with U.S. federal agencies and leading Israeli defense organizations, and now we are looking for someone who can help turn early momentum into funded government contracts.
This is not a classic sales role.
This is not a lobbying or intro-only role.
We need someone who understands how government actually buys: how to move from agency interest to pilot, from pilot to paid deployment, and from paid deployment to production contract.
What you will own:
- Own federal growth and capture for PREDICTION
- Map agencies, programs, budgets, decision makers, and procurement paths
- Build relationships with mission owners, contracting stakeholders, primes, and partners
- Turn pilots and agency interest into paid deployments and long-term contracts
- Shape opportunities around real mission needs, budgets, and acquisition paths
- Work directly with the CEO, product, technical, and mission teams
- Help build a repeatable government growth engine
Requirements:
- Senior experience in federal BD, capture, government sales, defense technology, intelligence, national security, or government software
- Deep understanding of how U.S. federal agencies buy, test, approve, and deploy technology
- Experience moving opportunities from relationship to pilot to funded contract
- Strong network across DoD, IC, DHS, FBI, federal law enforcement, or adjacent government markets
- Familiarity with mission owners, program offices, contracting officers, primes, OTAs, SBIRs, IDIQs, sole-source paths, and federal procurement processes
- Ability to operate in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
- Comfortable working directly with founders, technical teams, operators, and government stakeholders
- Aggressive, practical, mission-driven, and highly accountable
Relevant backgrounds include Palantir, Anduril, Scale Gov, Primer, Shield AI, Rebellion, AWS Federal, Microsoft Federal, Booz Allen, Leidos, CACI, SAIC, or similar government, defense, intelligence, or national security technology environments.
