Security Clearance
- Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
- Manage and coordinate branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
- Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, and directives, and confer with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities.
- Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminate policies and objectives to supervisors/staff.
- Organize resources to ensure effective production of goods and/or services, give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance to organization's policies and practices, and coordinate activities of the department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.
- Monitor and analyze costs and prepare department budgets.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience in managing technical teams executing operations and maintenance on Navy C4I systems and/or acoustic intelligence gathering systems.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience managing personnel.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in manpower planning, scheduling, qualification programs, and training programs.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, desired.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
