- ServiceNow Developer / Administrator
- ServiceNow Business Analyst
- ServiceNow QA / Tester
Eligibility
- U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only.
- Green Card holders must be able to provide supporting documentation upon request.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Columbus, OH, five days per week.
- Local candidates are preferred; however, candidates willing to relocate at their own expense will also be considered.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong experience working on the ServiceNow platform in one or more of the above roles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, administration, architecture, testing, business analysis, or engagement management.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, configurations, and platform customization.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, support implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in enterprise-level environments and client-facing projects.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
