Server Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Server Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our servers and ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Refill water, bread, and other table necessities throughout the meal
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service
- Restock server stations with necessary supplies, such as silverware, glassware, and napkins
- Address guest needs and inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude
- Assist with delivering checks and processing payments when required
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods
Physical Requirements:
- Must regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
