Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute welding and fabrication tasks.
- Perform welding processes including MIG, TIG, and arc welding with precision and skill.
- Conduct inspections of finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize fabrication processes and timelines.
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator with a strong understanding of various welding techniques.
- Certified in welding processes (MIG, TIG, and Stick) preferred.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Have additional certifications in welding safety or other relevant areas.
- Possess knowledge of marine construction practices or related industries.
