Job Description
- Handle and store goods and raw materials in the factory/warehouse
- Set up production equipment (robots, machines, workstations, test benches, inspection tools, warehouse equipment)
- Clean and maintain working areas and equipment
- Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRP
- Follow task time and quality requirements outlined in operating instructions, processes, and MRP routing
- Identify parts per operating instructions
- Monitor production processes, perform testing, and carry out quality checks
- Report process drifts or quality issues to Team Leader
- Complete tally sheets in MRP tools when required
- Pack goods for shipment in crates or containers
- Adhere to ESD rules for electronics production
- Ensure compliance with EHS rules
- 2 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting (electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices)
- Retrofit experience preferred
- Manufacturing effectiveness
- Strong quality focus
- Teamwork, communication, and transparency
- Proficiency in local language
- **Position based in Plattsburgh, NY; must be willing to relocate**
- **Relocation allowance: $2000**
- **Salary up to $30,50 hourly**
- **Possibility for OT**
