Qualifications
- Field Service experience with complex industrial or precision manufacturing equipment, including on-site installations and repairs
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Experience performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, mechanics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and measurement instruments used in precision equipment service
