Position: Warehouse Associate
Summary of Position:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, shipping/receiving, picking and staging parts for order fulfillment, monitoring inventory and the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The warehouse Supervisor is accountable for the movement of all materials within the warehouse, shipping/receiving area, and overall appearance while ensuring to meet all safety protocols

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Six sigma and/or Lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
Proficient in presenting information to management and employees.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for inventory control.
Performs all other duties as required to meet the company's goals and objectives
High School Education or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse personnel: Lead and motivate fostering a culture of high performance.
- • Ensure proper training and any new warehouse personnel.
- • Ensure all items, domestic and international, are shipped on time.
- • Ensure all paperwork for international shipments is filled out correctly.
- • Work on shipping cost savings both domestically and internationally.
- • Transact inventory using inventory control software.
- • Work towards meeting and exceeding company defined KPI's regarding Productivity, Quality
- and Safety.
- • Safely and efficiently operate forklift and additional warehouse equipment to
- load/unload/transfer material and product without causing damage within the warehouse
- and to/from delivery trucks.
- • Maintain Inventory and perform cycle counts.
- • Maintain warehouse and forklift by following good housekeeping and safety procedures.
- • Work with suppliers to process outgoing and incoming RMAs.
- • Ensure shipping/receiving and warehouse SOPs are current and adhered to.
- • Create new SOPs if necessary.
- • Performs all other duties as required to meet the company's goals and objectives
