What You’ll Do
- Build, install, and finish custom woodwork including cabinetry, trim, and millwork.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
- Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in finish carpentry or custom woodworking
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Owns personal tools and uses hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Proficient in converting between standard and metric measurements, and able to accurately calculate decimals and fractions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs.)
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated surfaces, and construction sites
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and squatting for extended periods
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Adherence to strict safety protocols, including wearing protective gear
Pay & Schedule
- $22–$35/hour (Negotiable, dependent on experience)
- Monday–Friday. Occasional weekends as needed
