What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Recruiter PWI position at Precision Walls?
The Field Recruiter / Trainer performs various functions regarding field operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of our business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.
- Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.
- Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
- Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Experience
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years in the drywall business.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
