Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for office roles (PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, Admin, Accounting).
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
- Promote Precision Walls as an employer of choice (ESOP, career growth, training programs).
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in ATS.
- Experience in recruiting and human resources is preferred.
- Talented communication skills: In-person, verbal, and written.
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
- Dedicated to customer service, outgoing, and likable attitude.
- Extremely detailed and organized.
- Computer and technology savvy.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
