Now Hiring: Service Advisor – Join Our Fleet Maintenance Team!Are you an organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced automotive environment? We’re looking for a skilled Service Advisor to support our fleet maintenance operations and keep our vehicles running at their best.What You’ll DoAs our Service Advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with fleet maintenance managers, technicians, and fleet maintenance software systems to ensure all scheduled maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and to our high-quality standards. You’ll also manage key administrative functions, including:

• Handling vehicle and parts warranty claims
• Processing parts orders, core deposits, and credits
• Assisting with special projects as needed
• Ensuring clear communication across teams and keeping work on track

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in fleet maintenance or automotive service writing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly
• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Working knowledge of automotive systems, including VMRS coding

The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate with fleet maintenance managers, technicians, and fleet maintenance software programs to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and assist with special projects.  Must be able to handle vehicle and parts warranty claims, parts orders, core deposits and credits.  You will ensure all work is completed on time and meet our quality standards. 

• Previous experience in fleet maintenance or automotive service writing.
• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex information simply and clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and have a knack for problem-solving.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, including use of VMRS coding.

Compensation Range: $22 USD - $26 USD
