Master Technician - Lead, Diagnose, and Make an Impact
We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician to lead our shop, solve complex automotive issues, and help elevate the performance of our entire team.

Master Technician - Lead, Diagnose, and Make an Impact
We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician to lead our shop, solve complex automotive issues, and help elevate the performance of our entire team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, mentorship, and delivering exceptional service.

- Diagnose and repair:
- Drivability issues
- Brakes and suspension
- Engines and electrical systems
- A/C and computer systems
- Support and assist technicians with advanced repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle needs and solutions
- Lead by example—mentor team members and drive shop performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 5 years of advanced automotive repair experience
- EPA Section 609 Certification (required)
- ASE Certifications (A1-A8 preferred)
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Lift 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to weather and chemicals
