Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will:
Greet customers warmly and build strong relationships
Recommend and sell necessary safety, repair and maintenance
Lead and motivate a team of technicians
Manage workflow and shop operations in a fast-paced environment
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Qualifications
10 years in sales, operations, or management (automotive industry preferred)
Strong communication and sales skills
Hands-on automotive experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
ASE Certification preferred
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Proficient computer and phone skills
Availability for flexible scheduling, including Saturdays
Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
