Position Overview
Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Manager / Shop Foreman to help lead daily shop operations, support technicians, and deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands shop flow, technician productivity, and clear customer communication.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, and sales
- Help direct shop flow, technician productivity, and vehicle movement
- Use MotoVisuals to create clear, professional customer-facing videos explaining vehicle issues and safety concerns
- Assist with training and coaching technicians on workflow and inspection processes
- Maintain shop productivity, workflow efficiency, and safety standards
- Handle POS transactions, inventory control, and vendor coordination
- Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitality-first shop environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of automotive service or shop leadership experience
- Foreman, lead technician, or assistant manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and customer communication skills
- Comfortable using MotoVisuals, a smartphone, and a computer
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
