You will:
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable multiple Store Managers across your district
- Drive sales growth, gross profit, and operational excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of our sales, inspection, and customer experience processes
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and technicians
- Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and hands-on coaching
- Analyze KPIs and P&Ls, identify gaps, and execute corrective action plans
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, discipline, and continuous improvement
- Act as the bridge between strategy and day-to-day execution
