Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. This is a full-time position in our Richmond, KY office.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
- Daily invoicing
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining high levels of accuracy in data entry and bookkeeping tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
- Associates degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 2 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
